1. Booking Contract & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the stipulated token advance or full payment and subsequent issuance of an official Booking Confirmation Voucher by Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited. Quotations and itinerary previews shared prior to payment are subject to availability and price revision.

2. Pricing, Inclusions & GST

All package prices displayed on our portal or quoted in custom proposals include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as specified. Any personal expenses, mandatory city taxes payable directly at hotels (e.g., Dubai Tourism Dirham, European city tourist taxes), optional activity charges, or excess baggage fees are not included unless expressly stated.

3. Passports, Visas & Health Protocols

• For international travel, passengers must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of return.
• Visa approval is the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or associated cancellation charges.
• Travelers are responsible for verifying mandatory vaccination, medical clearance, or entry requirements prior to travel.

4. Itinerary Changes & Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to make minor adjustments to sightseeing schedules or hotel accommodations of equivalent or higher category in events of roadblocks, extreme weather, airline schedule alterations, political unrest, or natural events. In such force majeure situations, we will endeavor to provide optimal alternative arrangements.

5. Traveler Conduct & Liability

Travelers agree to abide by local laws and respectful conduct during group departures and private excursions. Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited and its ground partners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal luggage, valuables, or injuries occurring outside supervised guided tours. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly advised.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with services rendered by Vedagna Info Solutions Private Limited shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where the company’s registered office is situated.
